Strategi Manajemen Komunikasi dalam Mempertahankan Eksistensi Program Siaran Jama'ah Bertanya Ustadz Menjawab

Perkembangan pesat teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah memfasilitasi penggunaan berbagai saluran media untuk menyampaikan pesan, termasuk stasiun televisi seperti Ashiil TV. Ashiil TV, yang bermarkas di Pekanbaru, merupakan media penyiaran untuk dakwah Islam, menyiarkan ceramah agama, studi tahsin, tabligh akbar, dan kegiatan Islam lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen komunikasi dan proses produksi program “Jama'ah Bertanya Ustadz Menjawab” di Ashiil TV. Penelitian ini menyelidiki proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian yang dilakukan oleh tim Ashiil TV dalam mengemas dan menyajikan program kepada audiens, memastikan keberlanjutannya. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi dua informan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bagaimana Ashiil TV menerapkan teori manajemen komunikasi, yang secara optimal memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia dan teknologi untuk membangun hubungan antarmanusia. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana Ashiil TV berhasil mengelola keberlanjutan program ini.
