Optimalisasi Komunikasi Humas dalam Penyampaian Program Jaminan Kesehatan kepada Karyawan Rumah Sakit Permata Hati

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran hubungan masyarakat dalam mengoptimalkan komunikasi mengenai program asuransi kesehatan kepada karyawan di Rumah Sakit Permata Hati Duri-Riau. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari petugas hubungan masyarakat dan tiga karyawan Rumah Sakit Permata Hati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Bagian Hubungan Masyarakat dalam menyampaikan informasi mengenai program asuransi kesehatan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, termasuk informasi mengenai proses dan prosedur pengobatan. Namun, masih terdapat hambatan berupa ketidakpatuhan sebagian karyawan terhadap peraturan pengobatan yang disampaikan oleh Bagian Hubungan Masyarakat, seperti tidak membawa kartu BPJS, meminta kelas perawatan yang lebih tinggi, dan datang tanpa surat rujukan. Faktor pendukung dalam penyampaian informasi meliputi ketersediaan fasilitas seperti ruang rapat, proyektor, mikrofon, dan papan pengumuman. Faktor penghambat adalah kurangnya pemahaman karyawan tentang prosedur perawatan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar Bagian Hubungan Masyarakat terus mengoptimalkan komunikasi dengan meningkatkan pemahaman karyawan untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur yang telah disampaikan sesuai dengan standar kerja sama BPJS.
