Komunikasi Organisasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Kecamatan Seberida Indragiri Hulu

This research is titled organizational communication in improving employee performance at the Seberida Sub-District Head Office in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The research aims to determine organizational communication in improving employee performance at the Seberida Sub-District Head Office in Indragiri Hulu Regency. At the same time, the theoretical model used is the theory of communication in government. The analysis of this study is to use a qualitative descriptive method with the techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verification are data analysis techniques. The results of the research on organizational communication in improving employee performance at the sub-district sub-district office in Indragiri Hulu district were categorized as "Fairly Good". Namely, there are still some obstacles such as 1). lack of understanding of employees, causing confusion and implementation of work, and there are still employees who do not know the primary tasks of what functions to do. 2) lack of superiors and subordinates in communication, there is a performance of employees who are lacking in discipline, delaying workers, not on time in completing work, and superiors do not care about their subordinates. 3) Many employees still arrive late when they enter service at the Seberida Sub-District Head Office in Indragiri Hulu Regency.
