All countries are battling this virus which has devastated the world economy. Everyone must work hard to prevent the spread of this virus. This virus is very detrimental to the people of Indonesia, and the most visible change is in the way people live in social relations. People are now very dependent on digital technology to establish social and economic relationships amid this pandemic called PSBB (large-scale social restrictions). It is not allowed to go to places that are crowded / with lots of people because it can be exposed to the covid-19 virus quickly. Therefore, many malls/shopping centres are closed because there are places where people gather. This makes me interested in raising the title of the research entitled "Analysis of the response of the Surabaya community in implementing the vaccine barcode scan for the requirements for entering the Surabaya mall (a case study of Royal Plaza Surabaya)".
Fitria Widiyani Roosinda Copyright (c) 2022 Jurnal of Management Communication and Organization https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://journal.rc-communication.com/index.php/JMCO/article/view/39 Tue, 28 Jun 2022 00:00:00 +0700 Difusi Inovasi Pemasaran Green Smoothie Factory dalam Menarik Minat Beli Konsumen https://journal.rc-communication.com/index.php/JMCO/article/view/40
This study discusses the diffusion of marketing communication innovations carried out by Green Smoothie Factory by using an educational strategy of plant based class sharing session programs, field trips, healthy living rooms, reviews from consumers and influencers and social media content applied to electronic word of mouth communication. e-WOM), personal selling, and social media marketing. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. It was concluded that the communication carried out by the Work Activities Section to the inmates in the coaching process used verbal communication more often than nonverbal ones. Meanwhile, the communication shown by the inmates is more of nonverbal communication. The use of verbal messages by the coaches is not fully able to make the inmates provide information about themselves by telling them directly. The inhibiting factor of the coaching itself stands the limited number of coaches and the hours of supervision that are not up to 24 hours. In addition, the limited facilities and infrastructure available by the prison for coaching. The combination of the prison environment for the inmates and the coaching practice room makes the coaching less effective in the prison.
Sinta Karmelia, Muhd Ar.
