PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA BADAN PELAYANAN PERIZINAN TERPADU PROVINSI RIAU

The government has shown a serious commitment to building good government management as an organization (good governance), this government's attention can be indicated, among others, by the stipulation of Presidential Instruction (No. 7 of 1999) concerning Accountability of Government Agencies (AKIP), and Government Regulations ( No. 101 of 2000). According to Presidential Instruction No. 7 of 1999 and Government Regulation No. 101 of 2000 explained that the conceptual good governance is a government system based on the development and application of the principles of professionalism, accountability, transparency, excellent service, democracy, efficiency, effectiveness, rule of law, and can be accepted by the public. whole society. This research is a quantitative research that aims to improve and use mathematical models, theories and/or hypotheses related to natural phenomena. The measurement process is a central part of quantitative research. Measurement is used to see the fundamental links between empirical observations and the mathematical expression of quantitative relationships or generalizations of theory. The results of data processing that have been carried out, the results of this study indicate that education has a significant effect on employee performance in BP2T Riau Province. This means that if education improves, this will have a significant effect on increasing employee performance in BP2T Riau Province, and vice versa.
