Corporate Social Responsibility PT Pertamina Refinery Unit II dalam Membangun Hubungan dengan Masyarakat

Penelitian ini mengkaji kegiatan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (TJSP) PT Pertamina (Persero) Unit Pengolahan II dalam membangun hubungan yang baik dengan masyarakat di Kecamatan Bukit Batu, Kabupaten Bengkalis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Pejabat TJSP dan dampak kegiatan mereka, yang meliputi kegiatan amal, infrastruktur, pengembangan kapasitas, dan pengembangan masyarakat. Menggunakan Teori Pemangku Kepentingan sebagai landasan, penelitian ini menerapkan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari pimpinan CSR dan tujuh anggota masyarakat Bukit Batu. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan CSR sebagian besar melibatkan pemberian bantuan sesuai dengan rencana program tahunan perusahaan. Masyarakat berharap PT Pertamina (Persero) lebih selektif dalam distribusi bantuannya agar bantuan tersebut tepat sasaran dan memberikan manfaat yang nyata. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa CSR memainkan peran krusial dalam membangun hubungan positif antara perusahaan dan masyarakat lokal.
