Abstract

This article aims to explore the application of interpersonal communication ethics among students of Al-Mujahidin MTsS, located in Gunung Bungsu Village. This article was carried out in the form of community service to develop ethical communication skills among students, both in interactions with teachers and peers. The results of this service show that students tend to demonstrate good communication ethics when interacting with teachers, such as speaking politely and listening without interruption. However, in communication with friends, the application of communication ethics varies greatly. Some students are able to apply respectful behaviour to each other, while others sometimes use unethical language, such as speaking rudely. The study identifies challenges in implementing communication ethics, especially in the use of technology and social media, where unethical behaviour often arises. This is influenced by family environment, education, and peer influence in shaping students' communication ethics.
